Lead Complex Patent Disputes Within a Market-Leading Team

An award-winning intellectual property practice is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its highly respected patent litigation team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished IP litigator to take on a leading role advising global clients on complex patent disputes, UK litigation and Unified Patent Court proceedings. You'll enjoy significant client contact, mentoring responsibilities and the opportunity to work on some of the most technically challenging cases in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex UK and international patent litigation matters
\n
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution
\n
• Handle proceedings before the UK courts and the Unified Patent Court
\n
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team
\n
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
\n
• Support Partners with business development and strategic initiatives
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues across international and multidisciplinary teams
\n

Requirements

\n
• UK Qualified Solicitor.
\n
• Approximately 6–8 years' PQE in intellectual property disputes
\n
• Mandatory STEM degree
\n
• Strong experience in patent litigation
\n
• Proven ability to manage sophisticated matters with minimal supervision
\n
• Excellent leadership, client management and communication skills
\n
• Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for intellectual property law
