FC (Construction)

Your new companyA really exciting, high-end, private construction business focused on the residential market. The company has a growing brand and has recently entered the London market following success across the UK. They are looking to build a UK head office in London.

Your new roleYou will be taking a number one role in the UK, reporting to the MD, leading on the financial operations across all projects.Duties

• Ownership of reporting for project portfolio
\n
• Prepare cash flow forecasts
\n
• Strategic process implementation and development of commercial finance strategy
\n
• Management and ongoing development of the finance team
\n
• Financial control and compliance including VAT returns and CIS
\n

What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with understanding or background in the construction sector. Ideally you will have exposure to CIS.Ability to take ownership for senior level presentations including the board is essential.
