The Role
\nAs an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, acting as a professional point of contact while building strong client and debtor relationships.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Managing corporate client accounts \n
- Contacting debtors via phone, email, letters and SMS \n
- Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes \n
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards \n
- Maintaining positive, long-term client relationships \n
- Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment \n
