The Role

\n

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, acting as a professional point of contact while building strong client and debtor relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing corporate client accounts
  • \n
  • Contacting debtors via phone, email, letters and SMS
  • \n
  • Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes
  • \n
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards
  • \n
  • Maintaining positive, long-term client relationships
  • \n
  • Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment
  • \n
