IFA Administrator

We're working with a successful independent financial planning firm in Solihull that's looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join its growing support team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative business where you'll work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, supporting the delivery of outstanding client service while continuing to develop your career within wealth management.

The Role

You'll be responsible for supporting advisers throughout the client journey, including:

• Processing new business from application through to completion
\n
• Preparing documentation for client meetings
\n
• Liaising with clients and product providers
\n
• Obtaining policy information and client valuations
\n
• Updating and maintaining Intelligent Office (IO)
\n
• Maintaining accurate client records in line with FCA requirements
\n
• Supporting ongoing client servicing and annual reviews
\n

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Services Administrator within an independent financial planning or wealth management firm
\n
• Good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
\n
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload
\n
