Senior Employment Solicitor (6+ PQE) – London A well-regarded commercial law firm is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its London office, supporting a busy and expanding practice. This role offers a blend of work acting for employees and employers, including high profile corporate clients, combined with corporate support work.

The Role

• Lead on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters
\n
• Act as a key adviser on employment aspects of corporate transactions
\n
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior lawyers
\n
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy within a lean team
\n

About You

\n
• UK-qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
\n
• Strong technical employment law expertise across a broad range of matters
\n
• Confident managing workload independently in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
\n
