- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Project Manufacturing Engineers. \n
- Manage the manufacturing project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. \n
- Own and improve the Manufacturing Readiness Review (MRR) process. \n
- Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks before products enter production. \n
- Work closely with Design Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Project teams to deliver successful manufacturing solutions. \n
- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the department. \n
- Develop team processes, documentation, KPIs, and visual management systems. \n
- Manage project expenditure and support governance and audit activities. \n

- Proven experience leading manufacturing engineering or project engineering teams. \n
- Experience delivering NPI, sustaining engineering, ETO, or manufacturing improvement projects. \n
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrialisation, and production readiness. \n
- Experience managing KPIs, business plans, and engineering resources. \n
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, Standard Work, PFMEA, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, and TPM. \n
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills. \n
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies. \n
- Experience using ERP systems and engineering documentation. \n
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. \n
- A proactive approach with a passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement. \n
