The Role

Working closely with experienced solicitors, you will assist on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including:

• Residential development matters
\n
• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Landlord and tenant work
\n
• Commercial leases
\n
• Property finance transactions
\n
• Due diligence and title investigations
\n
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
\n
• Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
\n
• Managing files and supporting fee earners throughout transactions
\n

About You

The firm would welcome applications from candidates who have:

• Previous experience within a property law environment (commercial property, residential conveyancing or mixed property matters)
\n
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
\n
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
\n
• A proactive and positive approach to work
\n
• Ambitions to develop a long-term legal career

Experience within commercial property is advantageous, but candidates with residential conveyancing experience looking to transition into commercial property are also encouraged to apply.
