An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate level Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded disputes team based in Leeds. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial disputes, making it ideal for a solicitor looking to strengthen their technical expertise while developing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Working alongside experienced litigators, you'll manage your own caseload while assisting on more complex matters, gaining invaluable experience across a varied client portfolio.

You'll advise businesses on a broad range of commercial disputes, taking responsibility for your own files while supporting senior members of the team on more complex litigation.

Experience in insurance-backed litigation and an understanding of policy coverage issues would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
