  • Provide HR administration support across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • \n
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, offer administration and onboarding.
  • \n
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • \n
  • Draft employment contracts, letters and HR documentation.
  • \n
  • Support managers and employees with HR queries and policy guidance.
  • \n
  • Process employee changes including starters, leavers and contractual amendments.
  • \n
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration where required.
  • \n
  • Ensure HR processes remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies.
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
  • \n

Profile

A successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator position.
  • \n
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • \n
  • A naturally curious mindset with a desire to learn and improve processes.
  • \n
  • Strong initiative and the confidence to work independently in a remote environment.
  • \n
  • Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee records.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • \n
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • \n
  • CIPD qualification or studies would be advantageous but not essential.
  • \n

Job Offer

  • Hourly rate of £15.00 - £18.00, dependent on the level of experience.
