Customer Service Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: Office-based

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time, 9-5:30pm (Early finish on Friday)

Contract: Temporary

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading property company on a temporary basis. If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for homeowners, managing post-completion customer care.
\n
• Handle customer enquiries and provide regular progress updates.
\n
• Coordinate inspections and remedial works with contractors and internal teams.
\n
• Monitor outstanding works and escalate issues where needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and defect management systems.
\n
• Produce reports and support continuous service improvement.
\n

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or administrative experience, ideally within property, construction or housebuilding.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
\n
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
\n
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
\n
• A proactive approach and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
