The role offers excellent exposure, strong peer support, and real scope for progression.The Role The position involves a full range of general employment work for both employers and employees, including:\n

• Redundancies and settlement agreements
\n
• Restructuring projects
\n
• Mergers & acquisitions (TUPE regulations)
\n
• Contract reviews
\n
• Day-to-day advisory work across a broad client bas
\n
• You’ll work closely with a head of department, senior lawyer, and support staff, giving you access to mentorship while being encouraged to work with minimal supervision.

• A generalist employment solicitor with 3+ years PQE

• Someone proactive and confident managing their own caseload
\n
• A local candidate preferred (minimal commute)
\n
• Business development experience is a bonus
