UNDERWRITING APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITY
\n\nSummary:
\nTo provide efficient, timely and professional support to brokers for renewal, mid-term adjustment and general queries.
\n\nAccountabilities:
\nContribute to the development and building of relationships with brokers by providing “good customer service”
\nMaintain and develop market awareness
\nMaintain good working relationships with all internal departments
\nMaintain an open communication ethos with colleagues and managers
\nDemonstrate “model behaviours”
\nComply with all legal, regulatory and contractual requirements to ensure obligations are met
\nContribute to wider business activities
\n\nQualifications:
\nA minimum of five GCSE’s (A*-C grades, to include Math’s and English) or equivalent
\nA friendly professional demeanour and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
\nExcellent communication and organizational skills
\nAbility to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
\nAbility to learn and adapt to change
\nDesire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
