A well-established law firm in Scunthorpe is looking to appoint a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing claimant team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high quality work while making a real difference to clients pursuing complex medical negligence claims.

The successful solicitor will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to resolution. The role includes drafting Letters of Claim and pleadings, instructing medical experts and counsel, advising clients on liability and quantum, and progressing claims in accordance with the Pre Action Protocol. You will build strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of technical advice and client care.

• A qualified Solicitor with demonstrable claimant Clinical Negligence experience

• Confidence managing your own caseload with an appropriate level of supervision

• Strong drafting, negotiation and case management skills
\n
