Client Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Specialist to join a fast-paced, professional environment on a rolling monthly contract up to 6 months.

\n

You'll play a key role in supporting a busy client group, including IT, Sales, and Customer Service teams, while also contributing to ongoing people and organisational projects.

\n

  • Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing pragmatic HR advice
  • \n
  • Coach and influence stakeholders on performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • \n
  • Support organisational design and change initiatives, including consultations and team restructures
  • \n
  • Manage complex employee relations cases with confidence
  • \n
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and broader People initiatives
  • \n
  • Use data and talent metrics to monitor progress and inform decision-making
  • \n
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and the wider People team
  • \n

Profile

\n

\n
    \n
  • Background in matrixed organisations, ideally within tech, professional services, or legal sectors
  • \n
  • Experience partnering with COEs
  • \n
  • Strong ER case management experience across performance, grievances, and disciplinaries
  • \n
  • Experience independently delivering small to medium change projects
  • \n
  • Exposure to career frameworks and role design is advantageous
  • \n
  • Data-driven mindset, able to demonstrate impact through metrics and insights
  • \n
  • Confident coaching managers and handling complex stakeholder situations
  • \n
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously
  • \n
