Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well established, market leading manufacturing business with the appointment of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. The Role:This is a hands-on, varied position where you will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly through both reactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

• Responding to breakdowns across a range of manufacturing machinery
\n
• Fault finding and carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance
\n
• Supporting and delivering improvement projects to enhance production efficiency
\n
• Contributing to machinery upgrades and layout improvements
\n
• Driving continuous improvement across the site
\n

Shift PatternYou will work on a 3-shift rotation:

Mornings:Monday–Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00Friday: 06:00 – 11:30Afternoons:Monday–Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00Friday: 11:30 – 17:00Nights:Monday–Thursday: 22:00 – 06:00Friday: 17:00 – 22:3037.5 hours per week, with overtime available.

About You:We’re looking for an experienced, electrically biased engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys both problem-solving and improvement work.You will have:

• A recognised electrical engineering qualification
\n
• 17th or 18th Edition
\n
• Strong electrical knowledge, including PLC exposure
\n
• Experience with reactive maintenance and fault finding
\n
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement
\n
• The ability to contribute to projects and development work
\n
