Vehicle Technician/Workshop Controller - Monday to Friday - £40,000 Basic!!

The Role:

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking more Workshop Control exposure? If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you. Our established and growing client, located in Fareham, seek a Vehicle Technician/Workshop Controller to join their team. Offering Monday to Friday hours and a basic salary up to £40,000.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Assist in the day-to-day management of a busy automotive workshop.

Allocate and prioritise work across the workshop team.

Carry out advanced diagnostics, fault finding and road testing.

Complete servicing, repairs and MOT preparation (MOT testing if qualified).

Work closely with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed and schedule repairs.

Monitor workshop productivity and maintain accurate job records.

Support, coach and supervise technicians to maintain high technical standards.

Deputise for the Workshop Manager when required.

Drive continuous improvement, workshop efficiency and excellent customer service.

The Package:

£35,000 - £40,000 Basic – Experience Dependent.

Monday to Friday – 8:00 – 5:30
