Role: Residential Conveyancer/Legal Executive/Licenced conveyancer

PQE: Min 2+ years no upper limit

Hybrid working: Yes up to 3 possibly 4 days’ work from home at clients discretion

Language: Turkish (Desired NOT essential)

Conveyancer role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated property lawyer to join our client’s office based in North London. If you are a confident, friendly and approachable conveyancer with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

The right candidate will have:

• at least 2 years’ solid experience of residential conveyancing fee earning
\n
• Handling broad range of residential conveyancing files, like,
\n
• Freehold,
\n
• sales,
\n
• purchases,
\n
• leasehold,
\n
• Re-mortgage
\n
• transfer of equity,
\n
• shared ownership,
\n
• (new build – desired NOT essential)
\n
• Commercial Property (Desired NOT essential)
\n
• great people skills and will be an enthusiastic team player
\n
• good organisational, time management and IT skills
\n
• the ability to multi-task under pressure
\n
• a keen eye for detail
\n
• the confidence and the ability to react to change whilst working within a pressurised environment
\n
• excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
\n
• a desire and the ability to help in the growth of the property department
\n
