UHNW family based in one of London's largest private residences in Mayfair, is seeking an experienced and personable Butler to join their household team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, hands-on Butler who thrives on getting things done without fuss — someone confident managing the day-to-day running of a large, active household while maintaining the highest standards of service and discretion. The role includes international travel with the family (around 8 weeks per year, maximum).

The Role

• Working within an established household team, you'll play a central role in the smooth day-to-day running of the London residence, with responsibilities including:Providing high-level butling service to the principals and their guests

• Supporting with service for regular dinners (typically for two), working closely with the household chef and F&B manager
\n
• Travelling internationally with the family for approximately 8 weeks per year, replicating London standards and systems wherever they are based
\n
• Assisting with entertaining, both in London and overseas
\n
• Supporting the wider household team across a substantial 37,000 sq ft property
\n
• Adapting to a rotating shift pattern to ensure appropriate coverage, including weekends
\n
• Representing the household to the same high standard whether in London or abroad
\n

About You

\n
• Solid butling experience within a private household or luxury hospitality setting
\n
• Willing and able to travel internationally with the family for around 8 weeks of the year
\n
• A polished, professional manner with genuine warmth — someone who simply gets on with the job
\n
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern (9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, or 12pm–8pm) including some weekends
\n
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit household team
\n

Salary: £75k GPA (self-employed basis for the first 3 months)

Shifts: 5 days per week (including weekends on rotation), 8 hours per day
