Communications Business Partner
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to join a leading not-for-profit organisation on a two-month interim basis. This is a hands-on role for a communications professional who can quickly build stakeholder relationships, deliver impactful communications, and manage SharePoint content from day one.

- Developing and delivering communications plans to support business priorities. \n
- Producing engaging content for a variety of channels, including intranet, newsletters, email campaigns, websites, and social media. \n
- Managing and maintaining SharePoint content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and user engagement. \n
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to understand communication requirements. \n
- Supporting employee engagement, organisational change, and business transformation programmes through effective communications activity. \n
- Writing, editing, and proofreading a wide range of communications materials. \n
- Providing communications advice and guidance to managers and senior stakeholders. \n
- Monitoring the effectiveness of communications activity and recommending improvements where required. \n
Profile
\nA successful Internal Communications Manager should have:
\n- \n
- Proven experience within a Communications Business Partner, Communications Officer, Internal Communications, or similar role. \n
- Strong experience managing and updating SharePoint sites and content. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Experience creating content across multiple communications channels. \n
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. \n
- A hands-on approach and willingness to support across all areas of a communications function. \n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively. \n
- Previous experience within housing, public sector, or regulated environments would be advantageous. \n
- Availability to start immediately. \n
