Practice Nurse/Research Nurse - Hinckley

\n\nA well-established and supportive GP surgery in Hinckley is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join its dedicated clinical team.
\n\nAbout the Practice
\n\nThis is a four-partner GP practice based in purpose-built premises in Burbage, providing care for approximately 13,000 patients. The practice also operates a part-time branch surgery in the village of Wolvey.
\n\nThe clinical team comprises:
\n* 4 GP Partners
\n* 3 Salaried GPs
\n* 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner
\n* 1 Nurse Practitioner
\n* 2 Practice Nurses
\n* 1 Healthcare Assistant
\n* 1 Student Nurse Associate
\n* 2 Clinical Pharmacists
\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Practice Nurse with clinical research experience who is looking for a varied and rewarding role. Applications are also welcomed from experienced Practice Nurses without research experience who are keen to develop in this area.

\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nWorking autonomously within the nursing team, you will deliver high-quality patient care across a range of services, including:
\n\n* Cervical screening
\n* Child immunisations
\n* Adult and travel vaccinations
\n* Wound care
\n* Long-term condition management and reviews
\n\nFor candidates with research experience, responsibilities may also include supporting and delivering clinical research activity in line with regulatory and governance requirements.
\n\nAbout You
\n\n* Qualified and experienced Practice Nurse
\n* Clinical research experience is desirable
\n* Knowledge of ICH E6(R3) updates and ISO 14155
\n* Familiarity with MHRA and HRA regulatory requirements
\n* Confident delivering the clinical services listed above
\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n* Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
