\nHours: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8:45am - 3:15pm
\nPay: £16.87 per hour
\nStart Date: September 2026

\nThrive Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic school in Cheltenham that is looking to welcome a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated practitioner to join their pre-school team on a full-time basis from September.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an experienced team where you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing during those crucial early years.
\nWorking Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 3:15pm, you will:

- Support children aged 3-4 within a nurturing pre-school environment. \n
- Plan and deliver engaging play-based learning activities. \n
- Encourage children's social, emotional and educational development. \n
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. \n
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. \n
- Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain high standards of care. \n
We are looking for someone who:
\n- \n
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). \n
- Has experience working within an Early Years setting. \n
- Is enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about supporting children's development. \n
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. \n
- Is committed to providing outstanding care and learning opportunities. \n
