Track Safety Trainer / Track Safety Instructor / Rail Safety Trainer / Rail Safety Instructor / Track Safety Tutor / Track Safety Assessor Essex (with some travel) £42,500 Monday to FridayI’m working with a training provider who are looking to bring in a qualified Track Safety Trainer to support delivery across their rail safety programmes.The role\n

• Deliver track safety training to apprentices and existing rail professionals
\n
• Deliver courses such as PTS and other core track safety competencies
\n
• Deliver IOSH training as part of the wider safety offering
\n
• Support both initial training and upskilling programmes
\n
• Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions
\n
• Support learners through training, assessments and progression
\n

What they’re looking for\n

\n
• Strong background in rail track safety (PTS, COSS or similar)
\n
• Must be able to deliver IOSH training
\n
• Must hold a recognised teaching qualification (AET / PTLLS / CTLLS / DTLLS / DET or equivalent)
\n
• Assessor qualification desirable (TAQA / A1 / equivalent)
\n
• Experience delivering training or working in an instructional capacity
\n
• Comfortable delivering to groups
\n
• Willingness to travel as required
\n
