This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and professional driver with multi-drop experience to secure regular work, delivering goods to commercial customers across the local and surrounding areas.

• £16.34 per hour (accrued holiday)

• Or £18.30 per hour (holiday paid weekly)

• Monday to Friday
\n
• 5:00am starts
\n
• Weekly pay

• Immediate starts available

Duties as a Class 2 Driver will include:

\n
• Safely operating Class 2 (Category C) vehicles
\n
• Completing multi-drop deliveries
\n
• Driving curtain-sided and box vehicles
\n
• Securing loads using straps and ensuring all freight is safely restrained before commencing each journey
\n
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
\n
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
\n
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
\n
• Following all road transport and health & safety regulations
\n

\n
• A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
\n
• A valid Driver CPC qualification
\n
• A Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• Previous experience completing multi-drop deliveries
\n
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
\n
• Good communication and customer service skills
\n
• A good understanding of drivers' hours and road transport regulations
\n
