Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / CILEX Eastbourne - East Sussex A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Chartered Legal executive / Licenced Conveyancer to join its thriving property team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Applicants should have experience working independently, strong knowledge of conveyancing compliance and anti-money laundering regulations, excellent client care skills, and confidence using IT systems and online property portals. This opportunity would suit a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer looking to join a supportive and professional environment with ongoing training, partner supervision and experienced team support.
