Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure change programmes are effectively embedded, delivering sustainable outcomes and a seamless transition into business-as-usual operations.

Description

As Head of Business Acceptance, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the business acceptance framework across a portfolio of critical transformation initiatives. Acting as the bridge between programme delivery and business operations, you will ensure that change is effectively adopted, operational risks are mitigated, and new capabilities are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual environments.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, strong governance expertise and the ability to influence at executive level.
