Lead Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Location: Livingston (Estate Agency Branch)

HL Partnership is recruiting on behalf of one of our Appointed Representatives for an experienced Lead Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a busy, high-performing estate agency in Livingston.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mortgage Advisor who enjoys writing business while taking on a leadership role, helping to coach and develop fellow advisors and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to clients' needs.
\n
• Manage leads generated through a busy estate agency and convert opportunities into completed business.
\n
• Consistently achieve high levels of mortgage and protection sales while maintaining excellent customer service and FCA compliance.
\n
• Lead by example, supporting, coaching and mentoring other advisors.
\n
• Work alongside senior management to improve performance, processes and customer outcomes.
\n
• Build strong relationships with clients, lenders and protection providers while acting as a brand ambassador.

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
\n
• Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales.
\n
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and lender criteria.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Motivated, commercially driven and highly organised.
\n
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience is advantageous but not essential.
\n
