Acorn by Synergie is recruiting HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) Drivers to join a well-established business in Tewkesbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers, LGV Drivers, Cat C+E Drivers, and Night Drivers, as well as newly qualified Class 1 Drivers, looking for long-term, full-time work with competitive pay, immediate starts, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

    Any 5 nights from 7.

    Start times between 12am and 3am.

    Full-time night shifts.

Key Duties\n
    \n
  • \n

    Safely operate HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) vehicles in line with UK driving laws and tachograph regulations.

    • \n
  • \n

    Complete multi-drop deliveries of dairy products.

    • \n
  • \n

    Ensure correct stock rotation and product quality during deliveries.

    • \n
  • \n

    Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly.

    • \n
  • \n

    Load and unload products safely, including manual handling and the use of handling equipment.

    • \n
  • \n

    Use handheld devices or manual systems to record deliveries, returns, and payments where required.

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle inside and out.

    • \n
  • \n

    Follow all health & safety, food hygiene, and security procedures.

    • \n
  • \n

    Deliver excellent customer service at every delivery.

    • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • \n

    Full UK driving licence with Class 1 (Cat C+E) entitlement.

    • \n
  • \n

    Valid Driver CPC qualification.

    • \n
  • \n

    Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous multi-drop delivery experience is desirable.

    • \n
  • \n

    Newly qualified Class 1 drivers are welcome to apply.

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
