AR890 – Parts AdvisorLocation: CranleighSalary: £28,000 - £32,000Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Parts Advisor and behalf of one our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however, all candidates will be considered.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Van stock replenishment
\n
• Issue parts to workshop and engineers
\n
• Taking incoming parts requests and enquiries calls
\n
• Parts returns to Parts Dept.
\n
• Stocktaking
\n
• General housekeeping
\n
• Identification of parts
\n
• Parts ordering
\n
• Sourcing of parts
\n
• Assist with quotations
\n
• Problem solving (incorrect parts supplied etc.)
\n
• Checking parts booked on job sheets ensuring that stock is promptly replenished.
\n
• Assist with Parts filing
\n
• General administration for the Service Team
\n
• To perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability.
\n

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent PC/system skills
\n
• Parts Department experience/ knowledge
\n
• Excellent telephone manner
\n
• Strong administrative skills
\n
• Strong interpersonal/communication and organisational skills
\n
• Methodical
\n
