An international investment firm is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join its busy Front of House team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and is available to start immediately

The role

\n
• First point of contact for all visitors and guests to the office
\n
• Providing 5* client experience
\n
• Organsing refreshments on arrival and setting up meetings rooms
\n
• Answering and transferring calls
\n
• Meeting room management
\n
• Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments and catering (when required)
\n
• Collate, sort and distribute post
\n
• Responsible for kitchen supplies, drinks, coffee beans and milk
\n
• Register external guests on the Visitor Management System
\n
• Providing support with filing, copying and scanning when required
\n

The ideal candidate:

\n
• Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Front of House Coordinator or Host is advantageous
\n
• Experience within the financial services or wider corporate sector is desirable, but not essential
\n
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional corporate environment and thrives under pressure
\n
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
\n
• Well-presented, organised with the ability to provide exceptional front-of-house experience
\n
• Available to start immediately
\n
