The job you’ll do:

\n
• File, update, and audit safety documents and risk assessments.
\n
• Set up and monitor approved supplier and contractor databases.
\n
• Log accidents, hazards, and near-misses in QHSE software.
\n
• Compile statistical data for weekly or monthly KPIs.
\n
• Assist with setting up health and safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and new hire safety inductions.
\n
• Manage the ordering, distribution, and stock levels of PPE
\n
• Help the QHSE team schedule internal and external audits.
\n
• Log Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up with departments on resolving quality issues.
\n
• Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and take detailed minutes
\n

About you:

• Exposure to QHSE within engineering/manufacturing is highly desirable
\n
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
\n
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
\n
• Organised with good attention to detail
\n
• Confident engaging with people at all levels
\n
• Willing to take ownership and learn quickly
