- Manage a caseload of service users, providing intensive housing management and personalised support. \n
- Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals experiencing complex needs and multiple disadvantages. \n
- Complete assessments, support plans, and risk management plans that identify needs, strengths, and goals. \n
- Use trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches to encourage engagement and positive change. \n
- Review support plans regularly and monitor progress towards independence. \n
- Support residents to develop life skills, maintain accommodation, and access relevant services. \n
- Promote recovery, resilience, and meaningful engagement within the community. \n

- Identify safeguarding concerns and respond appropriately in line with organisational procedures. \n
- Assess risks and develop effective safety and risk management strategies with residents and partner agencies. \n
- Support individuals experiencing challenging behaviour, crisis situations, substance misuse issues, and complex vulnerabilities. \n
- Use effective communication and de-escalation skills to manage difficult situations professionally. \n

- Act as a point of contact for operational queries and provide guidance to support colleagues. \n
- Model good practice and support the team to deliver consistent, high-quality services. \n
- Assist with managing incidents, property checks, and maintaining service standards. \n
- Support the management of tenancy/licence issues, including warnings and breaches where required. \n
- Coordinate with housing and property teams to ensure accommodation is safe, maintained, and ready for new residents. \n
- Contribute to team meetings, service development, and continuous improvement. \n
- \n
- Support residents to understand tenancy responsibilities and sustain their accommodation. \n
- Work closely with external agencies including housing providers, social services, police, healthcare professionals, and voluntary organisations. \n
- Maintain accurate case records, reports, incident logs, and support documentation. \n
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection requirements. \n
- \n
- Experience working within supported housing, homelessness, health and social care, or a similar environment. \n
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including substance misuse, mental health difficulties, offending backgrounds, and challenging behaviour. \n
- Experience completing support plans, risk assessments, and case records. \n
- Understanding of safeguarding, housing management, and tenancy sustainment. \n
- Experience managing licence breaches, anti-social behaviour, and accommodation-related issues. \n
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with partner agencies. \n
- Ability to motivate and engage individuals who may struggle to access support. \n
- Good IT skills and experience maintaining accurate records. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n

- Previous senior, mentoring, or team leader experience. \n
- Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Housing, or related field. \n
- Experience working within charity, voluntary sector, local authority, or social housing environments. \n
- Knowledge of substance misuse support and recovery approaches. \n
