Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working with people, improving processes and helping businesses navigate change?

We are supporting a fast-growing, acquisitive organisation seeking a Finance Business Partner / FP&A Manager to play a key role in integrating newly acquired businesses into the wider Group.

\n

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys stepping into different environments, understanding how a business operates and building strong relationships with teams to support successful change. You will work closely with newly acquired sites and finance teams, helping them transition into a larger Group structure while ensuring reporting, processes, controls and ways of working are aligned.

\n

The successful candidate will not only bring strong technical finance skills, but also the ability to influence, communicate and bring people with them throughout the integration journey.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with newly acquired businesses to understand their finance operations, processes and reporting requirements.
  • \n
  • Support the integration of finance functions into the Group operating model.
  • \n
  • Build trusted relationships with finance teams and operational stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact throughout the transition.
  • \n
  • Review existing processes, controls and reporting, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardisation.
  • \n
  • Support the alignment of reporting structures, finance policies and systems.
  • \n
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with Finance, Operations, IT, Payroll, Treasury and other key stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, data quality and reporting.
  • \n

About you:We are looking for someone who combines strong finance capability with excellent relationship-building skills. You may currently be working as a Finance Business Partner, FP&A Manager, Commercial Finance Manager, Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant and be looking for a role where you can have a wider impact.

You will ideally have experience of:

  • Merger and Acquisition accounting
  • \n
  • Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Supporting change, process improvements or business transformation.
  • \n
  • Improving reporting, controls and finance processes.
  • \n
  • Working in complex, multi-site or fast-paced environments.
  • \n
  • Helping teams adapt to new systems, processes or ways of working.
  • \n
