Job Description
You know how an employee benefits function should be run. You know where implementations stall, why renewals drift and what information providers will ask for before they ask for it. But perhaps you are still working within processes you did not create and do not have the authority to improve.This role gives you that authority. You will become the first dedicated Employee Benefits Administrator within a growing corporate benefits function. You will inherit the existing scheme book, implement new arrangements and manage renewals. But you will also have the freedom to put your own stamp on how the service operates. You will help create the processes, establish service standards, improve provider relationships and shape the client experience as the employee benefits side of the business grows.And if that growth continues as expected, the longer-term opportunity is to head up the administration team you have helped build.PACKAGEThe package includes:\n
