Residential Paralegal

A respected and UK leading law firm based in City is looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Paralegal to support their busy Residential team.

You will be assisting a solicitor in the running of live files, in addition to supporting them in all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from instructions through to post completion.

Duties Included:

\n
• Assisting clients where possible, by phone or email, or in person, taking a professional and flexible approach at all times.
\n
• Drafting legal documents
\n
• Post completion work on files, to include completing SDLT forms, registration, scheduling deeds and archiving.
\n
• Providing conveyancing quotes
\n
• Inputting data onto a case management system, to include setting up files.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Previous Residential Conveyancing experience in a legal environment is essential for this role.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Confident and sufficiently competent to work to timescales, able to use your initiative and be commercially aware
\n
• Well-organised, with a keen eye for detail
\n

This is a full-time role
