Job Description
My Local Authority client in Devon is looking to appoint a talented Families First Reform Programme Manager on a Contract basis.
\n\nThe role will lead on the delivery of Families First Reforms for the Council, inclusive of re-designing services in line with the reforms themselves.
\n\nAbout the role:
\nBased in Devon (Hybrid - 3 days on site):
\n\n- \n
- Produce and deliver the Families First Reform programme. \n
- Support the re-design of key children's services. \n
- Lead on complex stakeholder engagement. \n
- Represent the Council at partnership boards, strategic forums and external meetings. \n
About you: You will have the following experiences:
\n- \n
- Significant experience leading complex, large-scale programmes for Children's Services (Prince2 is highly desired). \n
- Proven track record of managing complex service transformation and improvement programmes. \n
- Ability to engage with and navigate senior stakeholders, including Elected Members. \n
- Local Authority experience is essential. \n

- Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday \n
