A highly regarded Legal 500 practice is looking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established disputes team. As the team continues to grow, you'll play a key role in its ongoing success, taking ownership of a varied, high-quality caseload while helping to shape its future direction.

The Role

You'll manage a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
\n
• Lease renewals and lease termination matters
\n
• Dilapidations and forfeiture
\n
• Easements, restrictive covenants and rights of way
\n
• Boundary and title disputes
\n
• Possession claims
\n
• Trespass and nuisance claims
\n
• Development-related disputes
\n
• Advising clients through negotiation, mediation and litigation where required
\n

You'll also have the opportunity to supervise junior members of the team, contribute to business development initiatives and build long-term client relationships.

About You

You will ideally have:

• 6+ years' PQE in Property Litigation
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial and residential property disputes
\n
• Excellent client management and communication skills
\n
• A commercial, pragmatic approach to problem solving
\n
• Experience mentoring junior lawyers would be advantageous
\n
• An interest in networking and business development
\n
