Location:Gainsborough - hybrid: 2 days on site

Salary:£50,000

This is a fantastic role for a generalist HR Manager who loves making an impact in a business that is evolving and moving forward.

\n
• As the HR Manager you will provide a full generalist HR service to the business
\n
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers
\n
• Identify opportunities for change and improvement including policies, procedures, employee engagement, Succession planning, Talent Management.
\n
• Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures
\n
• Manage employee relations cases / HR issues end to end – such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance
\n
• Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required
\n
• Manage and develop a small HR Team.
\n
• Contribute to the HR strategy
\n
