We're recruiting for an exceptional Head of Health & Safety & Security to join a luxury hospitality group with a portfolio of iconic London properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the Health & Safety and Security function across multiple high-profile locations, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, safety, and guest security. This is a strategic leadership role with significant visibility across the business, ideal for someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, driving best practice, and creating a strong culture of safety. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Health & Safety and Security strategies across a portfolio of luxury hotels. You'll ensure compliance with all UK legislation while supporting operational teams to provide a safe environment for guests, employees, contractors and visitors. Key Responsibilities \n

- Lead the Health & Safety and Security function across multiple London properties. \n
- Ensure full compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation, fire regulations and licensing requirements. \n
- Develop, review and implement Health & Safety policies, procedures and best practices. \n
- Manage internal and external audits, inspections and compliance programmes. \n
- Conduct risk assessments across all sites and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented. \n
- Investigate accidents and incidents, carrying out root cause analysis and implementing preventative actions. \n
- Oversee emergency planning, evacuation procedures and business continuity plans. \n
- Manage physical security including CCTV, access control systems and contracted security providers. \n
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, emergency services and external stakeholders. \n
- Deliver Health & Safety and fire safety training across the business. \n
- Monitor incident trends and produce reports for senior leadership. \n
- Support hotels during emergency situations and major incidents when required. \n

- Proven experience in a senior Health & Safety leadership role across multiple sites. \n
- Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and compliance. \n
- Experience managing audits, inspections and risk assessments. \n
- Excellent investigation, reporting and analytical skills. \n
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience. \n
- Ability to deliver engaging training and presentations. \n
- Calm, professional and confident under pressure. \n
- Experience overseeing CCTV, access control systems and security operations. \n

- NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent (essential) \n
- First Aid at Work qualification \n
- Fire Safety qualification/certification \n
