\nWe are recruiting for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join the People team of a large and established organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisational skills who would like to continue developing their career within Learning and Development.

You will provide administrative and co-ordination support across the Learning and Development function, helping to ensure that training programmes and learning activities run smoothly.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Co-ordinating learning and training activities \n
- Arranging courses, meetings and learning events \n
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Learning and Development team \n
- Maintaining accurate training records and learning management systems \n
- Monitoring mandatory training and compliance activity \n
- Producing reports and updating learning data \n
- Responding to enquiries from colleagues, trainers and other stakeholders \n
- Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines \n
- Supporting learning initiatives linked to organisational change and employee development \n
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation \n
To be considered, you should have:
\n- \n
- Previous Learning and Development administration or training co-ordination experience \n
- Strong administration and organisational skills \n
- Experience of managing competing priorities and deadlines \n
- An understanding of the employee lifecycle \n
- Experience maintaining training records and producing reports \n
- Awareness of mandatory learning and compliance requirements \n
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills \n
- Experience using a learning management system would be beneficial \n
- A proactive, accurate and customer-focused approach \n
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work mainly from home. The team meets in person approximately two or three times each month, alternating between offices in:

- Frome \n
- Devizes \n
- Andover \n
There may occasionally be travel to other locations. Candidates can be based anywhere within a reasonable travelling distance but must be willing and able to attend all three main locations.
