Airfreight / Perishable Night Operations - Freight Forwarding - Heathrow

4 on 4 off night shifts, 8pm to 8am.

Main Responsibilities:

Understand role of the Perishables team and our business.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with our customers

Delivering consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

Participate in Team Meetings ensuring “To Do’s” are completed by the deadlines.

Customs Entries where applicable

Invoicing where applicable

Processing AWB documentation

Making bookings with carriers

Arrange Collection/Delivery with customers,

Database entry into our Operational Systems

Warehouse and 3rd Party Supplier Management

Key Attributes:

Confident when speaking to customers and colleagues.

Strong attention to detail.

Desire to help develop initiatives to help the customer/ our processes in house etc.

Interest in Systems / IT / AI beneficial

Requirements:

Air-Logistics experience is preferred but not a pre-requisite dependant on candidate

Ability to work to demanding deadlines

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

Computer literate

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team is essential
