Your day-to-day will involve managing budgets, preparing financial reports and supporting strategic decision-making. Description Oversee the full finance function below the FD Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits effectively. Implement and maintain financial systems and controls. Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
