The company:

A well-established international organisation operating within the B2B marketplace, providing specialist logistics, technology and operational solutions to a global client base.

\n

\n

Main duties: To coordinate domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods while delivering excellent service to French and English-speaking customers.

\n

\n

The role:

\n

- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through to final delivery.

\n

- Liaise with freight carriers, warehouses and customers to ensure timely and efficient fulfilment.

\n

- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, exceptions and delivery issues.

\n

- Prepare shipping documentation, customs paperwork and compliance records.

\n

- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment data across internal systems.

\n

- Analyse logistics performance, costs and service levels, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

\n

- Support relationships with logistics providers and freight partners.

\n

- Investigate and resolve customer logistics queries, claims and shipment issues.

\n

- Work closely with customer service, warehouse and commercial teams to coordinate priorities.

\n

- Communicate effectively in French and English with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

\n

\n

The candidate:

\n

- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (essential).

\n

- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping or export coordination.

\n

- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

\n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\n

- Experience of warehouse operations and stock processing.

\n

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

\n

- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and produce reports.

\n

- Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping documentation would be advantageous.

\n

- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

\n
