A global law firm is hiring a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join its London based Business Acceptance team. This position focuses on conflicts analysis and regulatory compliance across the firm's international network.

Key Duties

  • Support ABA conflicts matters alongside UK Partners and US teams
    • \n
  • Conduct and review conflicts checks
    • \n
  • Prepare waivers, consents, and engagement documentation
    • \n
  • Maintain ethical walls and related records
    • \n
  • Assist with complex conflicts and compliance queries
    • \n
  • Review new client and matter intake submissions
    • \n

Essential Experience Required

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
    • \n
  • Previous ABA conflicts experience in a legal or professional services setting
    • \n
  • Strong understanding of SRA and ABA regulations
    • \n
