Employment Litigation & Tribunal Paralegal | 6-Month FTC

This role focuses on supporting the legal team with employment litigation and tribunal matters, ensuring smooth case management and document preparation. Based in London, you'll play a key part in keeping the workflow organised and efficient for the professional services industry.

Description

• Assist attorneys in all phases of the matter.
\n
• Assist attorneys with day-to-day case management.
\n
• Coordinate and assist with preparation of filings and bundles.
\n
• Conduct legal and factual due diligence.
\n
• Maintain claims register of multiple claimants and case tracker.
\n
• Assist with the preparation and upkeep of trial bundles.
\n
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, internal teams and external advisers and vendors.
\n
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Litigation team members on an ad hoc basis
\n

Profile

A successful Employment Litigation & Tribunal Paralegal should have:

\n
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
\n
• Strong written/verbal communication and excellent analytical/reasoning skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including working overtime as needed
\n
• Undergraduate degree.
\n
• Relevant experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a Litigation team.
\n
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
\n
• Familiar with Relativity and third party e-bundle platforms.
\n

Job Offer

\n
• A salary ranging from £36,000 to £43,000, dependent on the level of experience.
\n
• A fixed-term contract for six months.
\n
