\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Implement quality methodologies to evaluate and control systems in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards. \n
- Utilise APQP and PPAP tools to support product development, including:\n
- \n
- Supporting Product and Process Risk Analysis tools (PFMEA). \n
- Assessing process flow charts and process plans. \n
- Developing Control Plans for prototype builds and full-rate production. \n
- Evaluating Measurement Systems (MSA). \n
- Conducting Process Capability Studies (Pro-Cert / SPC). \n
- Compiling measurement reports, including First Article Inspection (FAI) and PPAP submissions. \n
- Providing quality deliverables for Work Transfer Gate reviews. \n
- Reviewing manufacturing processes (MPR). \n

Candidate Profile
\nEssential Qualifications and Skills
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. \n
- Certification in Quality Engineering (e.g. CQE) or relevant quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 auditor). \n
- Proven experience in quality engineering, with a strong focus on quality assurance within manufacturing environments. \n
- Direct experience managing work transfer projects, demonstrating success in maintaining or enhancing quality standards during transitions. \n
Desirable Experience
\n- \n
- Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, with a proven track record of driving quality and efficiency improvements. \n
- Familiarity with international quality standards and capability to manage quality across diverse geographical and regulatory environments. \n
- Proficiency in quality-related software tools and advanced data analysis skills. \n
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading quality projects across cross-functional teams. \n
