Talent Guardian are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative on a 12-week temp-perm contract for our client based in Poole, Dorset.Start date: Immediate startLocation: PooleContract: 12-Week Temp-to-PermSalary: £25,000 per annum + holidayHours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (35 hours per week) Key Responsibilities:\n

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries.
\n
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately.
\n
• Loading, unloading and safely storing stock.
\n
• Updating stock records using the computer system.
\n
• Manual handling of goods (up to 25kg).
\n
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
\n
• Following all health and safety procedures.
\n

What We're Looking For:\n

\n
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
\n
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
\n
• Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work.
\n
• Basic computer skills.
\n
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team.
\n
• A Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence is advantageous but not essential.
\n
