Opportunity in a strong claimant clinical negligence team for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3–4 years’ PQE to join a fantastic firm in its Bristol office. It's an exciting chance to work closely with a Partner on high-value, complex claimant cases while building a long-term career in a supportive and highly regarded team.

The role:

Manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims with a focus on obstetric and neonatal cases:

\n
• Hypoxic birth injury
\n
• Cord prolapse
\n
• Multiple baby pregnancy complications,
\n
• Meningitis
\n
• Group B Strep infection related injuries.
\n

What experience is required:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3 – 4 years PQE
\n
• Experienced with higher-value or complex clinical negligence claims
\n
• Strong client care and communication skills are essential.
\n
