The role

As a Senior Associate or Partner, you'll play a key role in advising clients across a broad range of commercial property matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions
\n
• Advising developers, investors, landlords and occupiers
\n
• Handling property due diligence and title investigations
\n
• Drafting and negotiating real estate documentation
\n
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
\n
• Providing strategic and commercially focused advice
\n
• Supporting business development and team growth initiatives
\n

About you

This role would suit a Real Estate Solicitor who:

• Has significant experience in commercial property law
\n
• Is confident managing transactions independently
\n
• Enjoys developing client relationships and generating repeat business

• Demonstrates excellent drafting and negotiation skills

• Has a commercial and practical approach to problem-solving

• Is interested in progressing their career at Senior Associate or Partner level
