Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Manage a comprehensive caseload of residential property matters.
\n
• Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory standards.
\n
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
\n
• Maintain high standards of client service, ensuring clear, concise, and professional interactions.
\n
• Contribute to the growth and development of the department through business development activities and innovative practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ PQE in residential property law.
\n
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in property law.
\n
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload and meet performance targets.
\n
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
\n
• Enthusiastic about professional development and building business relationships.
\n
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
