An exceptional law firm is seeking a high-calibre Legal PA to join its magnificent Capital Markets team in London.

Working closely with 2-3 Partners, you will deliver proactive, high-level support across practice management, client development and operational delivery, ideal for someone seeking to build a long-term career in a top-tier firm.

The Role

• Acting as a strategic partner to fee earners supporting practice planning, billing processes, and client/matter management
\n
• Preparing high-quality pitches, presentations, research and client intelligence materials
\n
• Managing complex diaries, travel, and cross-border meeting coordination
\n
• Supporting business development initiatives, client relationship plans and marketing activity
\n
• Overseeing communications, inbox management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless client service
\n

What They're Looking For

• A highly proactive, organised professional with outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving ability
\n
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to draft documents, liaise with clients and manage senior stakeholders
\n
• 5+ years in a law firm environment, ideally with Capital Markets or Corporate experience
\n
• Commercial awareness, with an interest in business development, markets and client strategy
\n
• A collaborative, resilient mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
